FAQs

Do you see adults?

Yes! I have years of experience working with adults with multiple diagnoses including stroke, TBI and spinal cord injury.

Do you see kids?

Yes! I have treated kids of all ages, ranging from infants to teenagers, and have  experience  in treating children with complex medical diagnoses and conditions (i.e., cerebral palsy,  spinal cord injury, genetic disorders, tracheostomy /ventilator dependence, etc.)

 Do you take insurance?

No. However, I am happy to provide a superbill to you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I am also partnered with the Utah Fits All Scholarship.

Where is your office?

I do not have a physical clinic location. I provide either in-home visits, where I come to your home or virtual visits via Zoom.

What if I have to cancel my appointment or forget that I have one?

Life gets busy and things happen! If you have to cancel, let me know at least an hour before your appointment time. If you forget your appointment, or are more than 20-minutes late, a no-show fee of $30 will be charged.

How frequently do you see patients?

How frequently we work together is very individualized. It can be as frequent as multiple times a week, once a week, or even once every several weeks. We can work together to decide what schedule works best for you!

Where do you provide services?
